In this case, packaging was negligible with no instructions.
There is no indication of the material of which it is made, but it appears to be of similar plastic/silicone as other rings.
On the top of the ring is molded a tube into which is inserted a simple bullet vibrator (I notice more expensive models have multi-speed bullet vibrators). Off the back of the bullet tube protrude a pair of 'rabbit ears', 3cm long - the 'ears' protrude at an angle. At the base of the 'ears' is a 'tickler', about 1cm in diameter and 1cm high, comprising some 19 thin, soft flexible 'fingers'.
[Edit 13th April]The 'rabbit ears' are nice and soft and pliable. Other older makes may have harder plastic ears, as reported by the barefoot_sub in a comment below.
Usage
